  2. Shipment Issues and Returns: If you encounter any issues with shipments in transit, delivered packages, or seek information about returns and refunds, please refer to our dedicated Return Policy.

  3. Free Shipping: BudsFeed is delighted to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States valued over $50.00. Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. Free Shipping orders are processed using the most economical shipping method, typically delivering within 2-7 business days. We also provide expedited services, such as 1-3 Day Priority Shipping, for an additional fee.

  4. International Shipping: We currently offer shipping to the United States and Canada. Free shipping is applicable only to US orders. It is essential to familiarize yourself with import regulations in your country. If your order is returned due to import restrictions, you will be refunded minus shipping costs.

  5. No Minimum Order: There is no minimum order amount for BudsFeed purchases.

  6. Discreet Billing, Shipping & Packaging: Respecting your privacy is a top priority. BudsFeed ensures discreet shipping and billing. Your package arrives in a plain brown or white box without any product or store information on the outside. While your billing statement will display "BudsFeed," there will be no mention of "smoke shop" or similar terms. Product names will not appear on your statements—only the order total, date, and "BudsFeed."

  7. Shipment Tracking & Insurance via USPS: We provide comprehensive tracking for Priority Mail shipments, including updates upon shipping, at USPS hubs, and delivery. Priority Mail also includes insurance up to $100 for lost or stolen packages. While USPS First Class Mail offers tracking, it lacks insurance coverage. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order is fulfilled, with updates within 24 hours of shipment confirmation.

  8. Package Protection: BudsFeed's Package Protection is an exclusive in-house plan available at checkout, covering lost, stolen, and damaged packages. It also waives restocking fees for returns and offers 2 weeks of accidental damage protection. You can choose to opt-out during checkout, but please note that BudsFeed will not be responsible for lost or missing packages if Package Protection is declined.

  9. Fulfillment Times: We strive for efficient order processing. Orders placed before 12:00pm ET on Monday - Friday are typically shipped the same day. Please note that our regular shipping days are Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders received after 12:00pm ET on Friday are shipped the following Monday, except during peak times such as sales events and holidays.

  10. Shipment Times: USPS Priority Mail delivers domestically within 2-3 business days. While USPS First Class Mail offers an economical option, delivery times can extend to 2-7 days based on distance. These estimates are provided by USPS and may vary during busy periods.

  11. Adult Signature: Products and orders valued over $150.00, including all vaporizers, require an adult signature upon delivery. This ensures secure receipt of the package.

  12. Undeliverable Address: Packages returned as undeliverable due to various reasons will result in an email notification and a full refund (excluding shipping charges). Undeliverable orders cannot be reshipped. Should you wish to repurchase undeliverable items, a new order can be placed.

  13. Risk of Loss: Once items are shipped, the risk of loss and title transfers to you. If your tracking information confirms delivery but you haven't received the package, kindly contact your local USPS branch. Proof of delivery by USPS or relevant delivery service will render your order ineligible for refund.

  14. Final Sale on High-Value Items: Items valued over $200.00 are considered final sale unless broken, damaged, or dead on arrival. We always accept returns and exchanges for broken, damaged, or dead-on-arrival items. Refer to our Return Policy for detailed information.
